T erry K. Fleming hails originally from Brownwood, Texas. He received his B.A. from Texas Christian University in 1970, after which he attended Saint Mary’s Law School in San Antonio. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1973 and was then admitted to the State Bar of Texas. He went straight to work for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor; after a few years he opened a private practice exclusively representing personal injury, worker compensation, social security disability and social security supplemental clients.
He is a member of Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity as well as Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, Mr. Fleming is able to practice before The United States Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Texas, as well as The Supreme Court of Texas.
Mr. Fleming resides in Granbury, Texas, where he also maintains a satellite law office in addition to his Fort Worth location.
